How billing works
- 90-day free trial. Full features, no credit card required. Run a real probationary member through a full phase before you decide.
- Purchase orders welcome. Annual plans can be paid by purchase order and ACH invoice, not just card. We work the way municipal finance works.
- Your records are never held hostage. If your subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted for nonpayment, and you can export your complete data at any time.
- 60-day guarantee. Annual plans carry a 60-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

FAQ
What counts as a concurrent probationary member?
A member with an active, in-progress training record. When a member completes or separates, the slot opens. Completed records stay accessible forever and never count against your limit.
What happens if we go over our limit?
Nothing breaks. The app prompts you to upgrade before adding the next active member. Existing records are never blocked.
Do evaluators or officers ever cost extra?
No. Unlimited staff accounts on every plan.
Can we cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans carry the 60-day guarantee, and either way you keep read-only access and full export rights.
Where is our data stored?
In an isolated workspace no other department can access, backed up daily. You own your data; we process it. Full details in the Data Processing Addendum.
